We have been homeowners since 2002 and we have seen the dramatic increase in the HOA fees, which in some instances were warranted, however, an expenditure of $350,000 to $700,000 is completely out of line. My husband and I are wondering about the intention of the current landscape contractor given that he has only been on the job less than 12 months. Most of the homeowners are retirees and the dramatic increase in the HOA dues over the years and expenses such as this put a huge financial drain on all of us.
